  Support to the introduction of sustainable development policies - Rational use of natural resources in the energy-environment sectors in Turkmenistan

• Requested Profile:
  Qualifications and skills
  - University degree in engineering or equivalent
  - Good and proven interpersonal skills and capacity to work with government agencies, media and liaise with parties concerned by the Project
  - Good command of English language in a professional environment. Knowledge of Turkmen or Russian language will be an asset
  General professional experience
  - Preferably more than 5 years of proven general professional experience
  Specific professional experience
  - At least 3 years of proven experience in the energy sector
  - Proven experience in the procurement of equipment related to energy efficiency
  - Previous experience in project implementation in ex Phare, ex Cards, ex Meda, ex Tacis countries
  - Proven experience in preparation and evaluation of supply/works tenders dossiers, preferably in the energy sector would be an asset
