  The Expert required is senior (at least 10 years of professional experience in the sector) with proven, extensive experience in the specific field.  Experience in hydropower schemes is mandatory and its extent will be evaluated.

  • Information on similar services carried out is required
  • The candidate needs to be able and willing to do all of the computer work related to the services personally or through office support covered by his fees
  • The candidate should be familiar with EU procedures, have excellent communication skills and be able to create a relation of trust with the staff of the official counterparts, the other donors in Liberia and the European Commission Delegation in Monrovia
  • Previous experience in this technical field in countries with similar conditions as Liberia would be an asset
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
