The Tacis Programme has been operating in the NIS countries for over 10 years, prioritising on assisting the transition to a market economy underscored by democratic principles. The objective of this project is to enhance the visibility of Europe as a global players through the Tacis programme. This project will involve the design and implementation of communication activities that will promote the role of Tacis in the context of Partnership and Co-operation Agreements and to ensure that different target groups in the beneficiary countries are more aware of Tacis external assistance as an integral part of EU external policy.
