This is a follow-up to the previous contract awarded to EIR for the INOGATE Technical Secretariat. The objective of this project is three-fold: 1) Consolidate the already operational INOGATE Technical Secretariat in Kiev and its strengthening and expansion with the creation of two new Co-ordination Offices of the Secretariat in Kazakhstan and Georgia; 2) Promote IFI investment and private sector involvement in key oil and gas transportation infrastructure projects while advocating for transparency and the necessary institutional reforms; 3) Improve the security of oil and gas transport by undertaking capacity building programmes on safety and environmental standards benefiting key oil and gas industry personnel in the partner countries.
