The INOGATE Programme provides technical assistance for improving the security of oil and natural gas supplies to Europe, and the development of an institutional framework of cooperation in the energy sector between the countries involved (through the Umbrella Agreement). The Support Group supports the INOGATE Programme in achieving its objectives. One of its main focuses is on the promotion of the INOGATE objectives to potential European investors and other public and private institutions, (production of brochures, website, etc), and assistance to the development of the institutional framework of cooperation, important for securing the supply of energy to Europe.
