The State Agency for Alternative and Renewable Energy (ABEMDA) has developed a training centre for specialized on-the-job training of RES technologies. The objectives of the project are to support ABEMDA in: a) Strengthening their understanding of a training centre, its management and activities; b) Developing a 5 year Business Plan; c) Developing a 5 year Training Map; d) Identifying clearly the financial aspects related to the running of the Training Centre.
