Following the INOGATE Evaluation and Orientation Study carried out in October 2003 it was clear that the INOGATE Programme needs to support the beneficiary countries with great emphasis on supporting their efforts to attract investments. The project provides bridging support to cover the operation of activities of the INOGATE Technical Secretariat for the time period needed to put in place the INOGATE Action Programme 2004 and the next INOGATE Secretariat project. In this briding phase, the INOGATE Technical Secretariat will undertake the necessary follow-up work carried out in the framework of the previous project « Follow-up to the INOGATE Support Group » in order to ensure the continuation of essential promotion, co-ordination and investment attraction activities.
