The project aims to support the development of Hungary’s capacity to maximise future utilisation of the Structural Funds, especially through the transfer of knowledge and skills. Specific activities include a) producing draft guidelines for the preparation of the NUTS 2-level Regional Development Plans; b) seven draft regional development plans in full accordance with Phare 2000 Guidelines with respect to RDPs, and national legislation; c) the Investment Support for Socio-Economic Cohesion element of the Phare 2000 Proposal for Support.
